1. Agreement: These rules govern the "Win Like Vegas with Jo-Jo's T-Shirt Contest ("Contest"). The act of entering the Contest constitutes acceptance of the contest rules and the decisions of the Contest judge. These contest rules and regulations are available at www.gitgan.com/tshirt/rules.html.
2. Sponsors: The Contest sponsor is Gitgan Media LLC
3. Eligibility: The Contest is open to all residents of the continental United States, except for members, immediate families and anyone living with any member of the sponsors. Limit of one entry per person. ( You may submit as many protest sign suggestions as you like, along with your reviews. Basically, send everything you want but it has to be in 1 email entry.) Illegible entries, bulk entries, duplicate entries will not be accepted and entrant will be disqualified. No foul language. You may choose to respond to any or all of the contest sections.
4. Entry Rules: To enter, send an email to contest@gitgan.com. The Contest may be entered between November 25, 2005 and 11:59 PM Eastern, Saturday December 10, 2005.
5. Prizes: Five winners will be chosen and each will receive: One "Like Vegas with Jo-Jo's" T-Shirt. Approximate retail value: $15.¬Ý Two Winners for the Protest Sign entry, One winner for the "Flattering Review" and one winner for the "Scathing Review". The Fifth t-shirt will be sent to the person who refers the most entrants to the contest.
6. Winning Entries: The winners of the Contest will be selected by Joshua Smith, Member, Gitgan Media LLC based on creativity and personal preference. Winners will be chosen and posted on Sunday, December 11, 2005.
7. Release: All entries become the property of Gitgan Media LLC and may be used in the promotion of Josh's Blog, Gitgan Media LLC and gitgan.com regardless of whether it is chosen as a winner.
